200th Year Heritage Exhibition

Our exhibition took place over 6 days. Planning for this event had begun during 2024, enthusiastically led by Christine North. Her keen interest in the history of All Saints' Stand is known to many of us. Thanks to Christine and her team of helpers, people within the Whitefield community and beyond have been able to enjoy viewing photographs and documents, rekindling memories and chatting about changing times.

The children and myself thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon you put on for us, they especially loved the way the information was layout and presented as it felt like an 'easter egg hunt.' They enjoyed finding out all the history of the church and Whitefield and loved recognising things that relate to them such as Besses Boy's Band and the names in the log books etc.
The children enjoyed sharing the facts they learned with children at school and family members at home. Thank you once again for such an amazing and immersive experience.
Lauren Carter Year 6 Teacher All Saints CEP
Year 4 children from Chapelfield Primary School in Radcliffe came to look at our exhibition and said that they had a great time taking part in the quiz and learnt a lot about the history of the church and Whitefield.
